By accessing or using ScreenTrip, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may require you to accept updated terms in order to continue using ScreenTrip.

2. The ScreenTrip Service

ScreenTrip is a streaming service that offers travel, culture, history, and factual programming, along with related destination information, interactive location guides, and links to the ScreenTrip travel guide application. Features, programming, and availability may vary by region and device.

3. Personal, Non-Commercial Use

ScreenTrip is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not publicly perform, broadcast, rebroadcast, resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit any content, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission.

4. Intellectual Property and Copyrighted Content

All video programming, images, logos, trademarks, text, guides, and software available through ScreenTrip are owned by REALFICTION GROUP INC. or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you except the limited right to view content as made available through the service.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• copy, download, record, scrape, or redistribute content except where expressly permitted;
• circumvent, disable, or interfere with access controls, security, or playback technology;
• use automated systems to access or harvest content or data from the service;
• share access credentials or access codes with unauthorized parties;
• use the service unlawfully or in a way that harms, disrupts, or overburdens it.

6. Third-Party Websites and Services

ScreenTrip links to and relies on third-party services, including video hosting, mapping, ticketing, destination partners, and the ScreenTrip travel guide application. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, pricing, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

7. Content Availability May Change

Programming, episodes, destinations, and features may be added, modified, or removed at any time without notice, including for licensing, editorial, or technical reasons. We do not guarantee that any particular title will remain available.

8. Service Provided “As Available”

ScreenTrip is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. Travel information is provided for general reference only; verify details such as hours, prices, and access directly with the relevant provider before traveling.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, REALFICTION GROUP INC. and its officers, employees, licensors, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from or related to your use of ScreenTrip or reliance on any information provided through it.

10. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access to ScreenTrip, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice, including if we believe these terms have been violated or to protect the service, its content, or its users.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updates take effect when posted, and the effective date above will be revised. Continued use of ScreenTrip after an update means you accept the revised terms.

12. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
